UPDATE: Police have identified the victim as 24-year-old Mohamed Koko of London. OPP have charged a Calgary man with impaired driving in a fatal crash on the 401. Police say a Chevy Equinox lost control in the eastbound lanes at around 8:30 last night, left the road, went through a ditch and rolled. There were five people in the vehicle, two were hurt, and one died of his injuries in hospital. 25-year-old James Lugela of Calgary faces 5 charges including impaired driving and dangerous driving causing death and bodily harm, along with refusing to provide a breath sample. Lugela is being held in custody, pending a court hearing.
