Two people were taken to hospital following the accident north of Nine Mile Road. One of them has life-threatening injuries, while the other driver has non-life-threatening injuries.
MIDDLESEX - The Middlesex County OPP responded to a two vehicle collision on Highbury Road, north of Nine Mile Road around 3:30pm yesterday afternoon.
One car was passing vehicles as it was travelling southbound when it struck another car just north of the intersection at Nine Mile Road.
London-Middlesex paramedics and fire services arrived on scene and took one person to hospital who is suffering from life-threatening injuries and a second person to hospital, who has non-life-threatening injuries.
The OPP's Technical Collision Investigators are continuing the investigation. The roadway will be closed.
