Another win for the CASS Senior Football team. They took on Parkside Colligate Institute in the Tier 2 semifinals and came away with the 6-0 victory. They now move on the finals.
WOODSTOCK - The magical playoff run continues for College Ave Secondary School.
The Knights took on Parkside Colligate Institute yesterday (Thursday, November 2nd) in the Tier 2 semifinals.
Offensive Coordinator, Jaimen Allison speaks to the teams effort.
"Offensively against Parkside, we did just enough. We scored on a trick play, the last play of the first half, and that ended up being the difference maker."
Allison went on to say what kind of win this was for the program.
"I would classify our win yesterday as probably the biggest win, certainly in CASS Football history, and might be one of the biggest in County Football history. So, we are hoping to follow that up."
It was a tight game, and CASS came out with the 6-0 victory.
Next up for CASS is the finals against Medway, next Thursday (November 9th) at City Wide Field with kickoff at 2:15 p.m.
