An Oxford County man has been charged for driving while impaired after attempting to dodge a Brant OPP R.I.D.E.
A man from Oxford is facing charges after attempting to dodge a Brant OPP RIDE Check.
On Saturday, December 10th the OPP were set up at Grand River Street North.
Around 1:55 a.m. police caught up with a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu after it tried to sneak around the RIDE check.
Police determined the driver had been drinking and the 25 year old Oxford County man was arrested for driving while impaired.
