A 49 year old man has been charged with numerous offenses after a Burford homeowner found an unknown male standing in their kitchen.
BURFORD - Charges have been laid after a Burford homeowner found an unknown man standing in their kitchen.
Brant OPP were called out to the home on Fifth Concession just before 1 p.m. on Tuesday July 10th. They found the man with a stolen vehicle and stolen property.
49 year old Shawn Ott of Niagara Falls has been charged with the following offences;
- Break and enter
- Possession of break and enter tools
- Theft of a motor vehicle
- Possession of property obtained by crime (two counts)
- Obstructing police
- Fail to comply with a recognizance
- Fail to comply with a probation order (two counts)
