A London man has now officially been charged with one count of abduction according to London Police. 22 year-old Jeremy Sippel was charged Wednesday while in police custody after being arrested Monday on two separate weapons related charges. Sippel was seen leading a 5 year-old girl by hand out of the Gibraltar Trade Centre in east London Sunday. When confronted, he let go of the girl and fled the area. He will be in court Friday for a bail hearing. The London Free Press is reporting that Sippel was beaten at the Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre early Wednesday morning and say police are now investigating
