The Cheesy Cow Company is on the short list for the Ontario Made Awards, in the Retailer Spotlight category. A panel of experts will determine the winner, and it will be announced December 5th in Toronto.
WOODSTOCK - There is nothing cheesy about the honour Cheesy Cow Company could receive.
The Ontario Made Awards has announced the Woodstock business has made it to the final 3 in the Retailer Spotlight category.
Head Mongur, Wes Mazur is excited to be moving on and knows it isn't a single effort.
"To be amongst over 41,000 voters in Ontario, and to be invited now to the final stages is just amazing. We cannot thank our community enough, our suppliers, our makers, and of course our customers."
Mazur says nothing will change business wise as they wait for the final announcement.
"So, as we continue to build, we will just continue doing what we are doing and support local. With that we want folks to come downtown, come see us and come see our neighbours too."
He adds supporting local goes along way, and is able to build partnerships that help grow the businesses involved.
The award presentation will take place December 5th at Queen's Park in Toronto, and that is where the winner will be announced.
