A child was sent to hospital with minor injuries after a mini-van on cyclist collision in Paris.
Brant OPP is investigating after a mini-van versus bicycle collision sent one child to hospital with minor injuries.
Police received the call around 5:15 p.m. on Thursday October 1st. When they arrived at the scene on Mulberry Street in Paris they found a 2007 Hyundai mini-van had hit a child on a bike while the van was leaving a private driveway.
The child had minor injuries but the driver of the van was not hurt.
OPP remind all drivers to be extra careful and observant for children on or near roadways.
The OPP also encourage parents to talk to their children on the importance of being safe while riding their bicycles.
