The concert raised $3,250.35 for the residential hospice Friday night.
WOODSTOCK - It was a successful Concert for the Cure at WCI.
Lots of people packed the school's auditorium Friday night and helped raise $3,250.35 for VON Sakura House.
The free show featured music and theatre students of the past and present and donations were accepted at the door.
The Concert for the Cure has been going on since 2008 and it's in memory of Amanda MacDonald. She co-founded the school's music theatre program before she passed away from cancer.
Sakura House isa 10 bed residential hospice that provides end of life care to Oxford County residents, and supports the friends and family members about to lose a loved one.
