The County of Brant and Paris Grand Estates strike a deal.
COUNTY OF BRANT - A settlement has been reached between the County of Brant and Paris Grand Estates.
The proposed 800 residential unit will instead be 748 units and the development will be constructed over three phases.
The three phases will be a short, medium and long term phase.
In the short term phase, Paris Grand is permitted to build 125 units.
The existing road network has the capacity for the new units.
The medium phase will see the building of 100 additional units with any remaining housing built in the long term phase.
