Cowan Fields Struck by Vandalism

Bathrooms in Cowan fields are temporally out out of order for repairs.

WOODSTOCK - The Cowan fields in Woodstock have been struck by Vandalism.

Currently, they are out of order for repair, and they will be out of use for today and the majority of tomorrow.

Portable Washrooms will be delivered later tomorrow for public use.
