Local curlers are likely getting a little teary eyed right now as the ice is being installed at the Woodstock Curling Club.
WOODSTOCK - After a year off, curling is back in Woodstock.
The ice is being put into the rink as we speak.
All of the local curling clubs in Oxford County took last year off because of the pandemic and most of them are returning this year. In Woodstock they're having a Community Open House on September 11 from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm.
This is a chance to see the facility and learn about their programs. Todd's Dogs will be on site too.
