Ontario is reporting 165 people in in ICU with COVID-19, of those people in the ICU 155 are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status and 10 are fully vaccinated.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 678 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 561,975. Health Minister Christine Elliott states that 537 cases are in individuals who are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status and 141 are in fully vaccinated individuals.
The Province did not record any COVID-19 related deaths this morning, meaning the total number of deaths now sits at 9,472. Another 513 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 547,198.
The province completed 27,815 tests yesterday. We currently have 302 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 165 people are in ICU, of those people in the ICU 155 are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status and 10 are fully vaccinated.
