This Friday is the deadline to enter and the winner will be announced next week.
INGERSOLL - Time is running out to enter the Trails Photo Contest in Ingersoll.
You have until this Friday at 12:00 p.m. to visit one of the local trails in town, snap a picture or a video, post it to social media with #IngersollTrails, and tag @TouringIngersoll.
It's easy to enter, but Communications Officer Emily Riepert says they do have some mandatory criteria you should keep in mind.
"We're really trying to get the entire community involved in this as long as you're over the age of 13 and you have an open public Instagram or Facebook account, you can enter."
Town employees and family members are not allowed to enter the contest.
The winner will be announced next week, and they will receive a free one-month Community Services Membership. If the winner is under the age of 18, they will need a parent or guardians consent to claim the prize.
The winner will be contacted through social media, and they must respond to the message within 48 hours to claim the prize.
