Oxford OPP Constable sentenced on weapons charges.
A local OPP constable who pleaded guilty to weapons charges last week was let off with a conditional discharge today.
10-year Oxford OPP Contstable Timothy Healey received a 1-year probation, along with a $3000 fine for possessing some firearms without a license.
The guns were willingly turned over by Healey during a domestic assault investigation in 2012, along with several others he had registered. The domestic charge was dropped.
The Constable could face a future Police Services Act hearing.
