TILLSONBURG - Southwestern Public Health is looking to speak with the owner of a dog after a biting incident near the Kolin Smith Memorial Skate Park and the Tillsonburg Dog Park.
The off leash dog bit someone between 6:30-7:30 on Wednesday night. The dog is described as a rottweiler/border collie mix and the owner is described as a male with a beard and a blue coat.
