PC Leader Doug Ford was in Tillsonburg this morning to announce his party's Customer Service Guarantee.
TILLSONBURG - Doug Ford was in Tillsonburg this morning, for a big announcement at Marwood Metal Fabrication.
He announced his party's plan to create more jobs and cut red tape.
"An Ontario PC government will introduce a Customer Service Guarantee. We will have a single window for all government approvals for every department and every agency - one phone number and one website. So you can get the approvals you need to start creating jobs without all the guess work and run around."
Ford added the guarantee comes with a one year deadline for all final decisions.
While in Oxford, Ford was also asked for his thoughts on the proposed landfill and MPP Ernie Hardeman's Willing Host Bill. He says he trusts Hardeman's judgment.
"There is no one who understands his riding better than Ernie; the people love him here and that's the reason he has been re-elected. His company loves him and the employees love him. When someone calls Ernie, he returns their call and when they need help he shows up to their door. I'm going to leave that in Ernie's hands, he is more than capable, he has endless years of experience and I have all the confidence in the world in Ernie's judgment so I support Ernie."
