Woodstock Police arrested an alleged drunk driver in downtown Woodstock this weekend. Police made a traffic stop on Dundas St. at 2:30 Saturday morning. The 27-year-old driver, identified as Brandon Daniels, was arrested for impaired driving. His vehicle has been impounded for 7-days, and he also loses his license for 90-days while he goes through court. In a separate incident Saturday morning, just after midnight, police responded to a call about yelling and a vehicle's engine being revved on Wellington St. North. Police arrested and charged Tanya Andrew with Operating a Motor Vehicle with more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. She faces the same vehicle and license suspensions as Daniels.
