Brant OPP arrested an Oxford County man with impaired driving after a routine stop Monday morning. Police say at about 2:15 am, they stopped a vehicle on Broadway Street in Paris and after a conversation with the driver, the officer discovered the man had been drinking. 41 year-old John Barclay was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving.
