We could see wind chill values between minus 30 and minus 35 this morning.
OXFORD - We're currently under a yellow warning for cold in Oxford County.
Environment Canada says we could see wind chill values between minus 30 and minus 35 this morning.
It's best to stay inside if you can. If you do have to go out, make sure you bundle up because it only takes minutes for frostbite to develop on exposed skin.
It's also a good idea to check on your older friends, family members, and neighbours. When it comes to the extreme cold, the risks are greater for older adults, young children, those with a chronic illness and people who work or exercise outdoors. The same goes for homeless individuals without proper food, clothing or shelter.
