Father and Son From Brantford Facing Child Pornography Charges

A 52 year old father from Brantford and his 19 year old son are facing charges related to child pornography. The father is also charged with sexual assault and sexual interference and a young victim has been identified.

BRANTFORD - A Father and Son from Brantford are facing charges for making and possessing child pornography. 

The 52 year old father is also facing charges of sexual assault, sexual exploitation and sexual interference. 

Brantford Police say they have found a victim, between the ages of 12 and 16. 

Police first executed a search warrant at the Father and son's home back in July. They seized electronic devices that contained images of child pornography. A Forensic Examination of these electronic devices has since been conducted and were found to contain images of child pornography and evidence of child exploitation. A victim between the age of 12 and 16 was identified as a result of this investigation and has since been located. 

Police executed another search warrant at the home in September and another computer was seized.

The names of the accused are not being released at this time. The son is 19 years old.
