An altercation between three Ingersoll men on the weekend ends with charges and trips to court
Three Ingersoll men face charges after confrontations got physical on Thames St. North.
OPP say the incidents happened at two separate homes in the early morning hours of this past Saturday.
21-year-old Myles Desnomie faces the lions' share of the charges including:
· Uttering Threats – Cause death or bodily harm (2 counts)
· Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
· Break, Enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence
· Robbery with Theft
· Mischief Under $5000
· Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 – in Canada
· Assault with A Weapon (2 counts)
· Theft Under $5000
Desnomie is being held in custody and has a video court appearance coming up tomorrow.
18-year-old Tanner Steeves and 22-year-old Tyler Bradt are charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and mischief. They were released from custody, but are due in court on January 7th.
Police say just the 3 men were involved in the altercation, and are all known to each other.
