A Woodstock resident is facing charges after fleeing from Police.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police have laid charges after an attempted traffic stop.
Yesterday at 11:25 a.m. officers tried to conduct a traffic stop in the area of Lansdowne Ave and Township Road 3, when the suspect vehicle took off at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was found at a nearby residence, and the 22-year-old Woodstock resident was arrested and charged.
The suspect faces one count of flight from a peace officer, one count of operation of a vehicle without insurance, one count of operating an unsafe vehicle, and one count of driving a motor vehicle without licence plates.
