London Police have charged a former Thames Valley District School Board after police allege he defrauded the board of more than two million dollars.
The former voice telecommunication specialist is accused of buying more equipment than needed, selling those items privately, and keeping the cash.
It's believed the incidents occured between January 2007 and August of last year.
55 year old David Ferguson of London in facing several charges, including fraud over five thousand dollars, uttering a forged document and breach of trust.
The investigation is ongoing.
