OXFORD/BRANT - We're in for a hot and humid start to the week.
Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for Oxford and Brant.
We're in for daytime highs close to 30 over the next couple of days, but it should feel closer to 35 to 40 with the humidity. We can also expect overnight lows close to 21.
The heat wave is expected to continue through to the middle of the week.
Make sure you drink lots of water and stay in a cool place whenever possible. The signs of heat related illness include swelling, rash, cramps, fainting, heat exhaustion, heat stroke and the worsening of some health conditions.
