Oxford OPP were on Concession Street East in Tillsonburg, after receiving a call for service.
UPDATE (3:10 p.m.) - Another update has been released regarding the incident in Tillsonburg.
Oxford OPP have said one person has been charged as a result of a heavy police presence on Concession Road East. A Tillsonburg resident is facing a charge of uttering threats.
They have been held in custody for a bail hearing.

UPDATE (9:00 p.m.) - Emergency crews have cleared the scene, but the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
Few details have been released, but we do know that the West Region Emergency Response Team, the Canine Unit and crisis negotiators assisted on site.
There is no threat to public safety.

TILLSONBURG - The Oxford OPP have a large police presence in Tillsonburg.
This afternoon at 12:15 p.m., officers responded to a call for service on Concession Road East, and continue to be on the scene for an active investigation. At this time Concession Road East between Tillson Avenue and Maple Lane is closed.
