Thanks to an alert citizen, two people have been arrested for possession of stolen property. Woodstock Police were called to the Mill St. area at 1:30 this morning on a report of a suspicious white PT Cruiser. Two people were spotted in a parking lot, entering an unattended vehicle, and then got back in the PT Cruiser and left the area, driving without their headlights on. Police pulled the suspect vehicle over and found numerous items from electronics to lawn ornaments. Two people, a 21-year-old man and 23-year-old woman face charges of possession of stolen property.
