An 18 year old has been charged after being impaired and leading police on a pursuit around Norwich
NORWICH - Sunday morning shortly after 3:30am, Oxford OPP witnessed a vehicle that was heading northbound on Stover St. in Norwich driving in an erratic manner. After a short pursuit 18 year old Justin Buck of Norwich has been charged with driving while ability impaired in a motor vehicle, driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, flight while pursued by Peace Officer, novice violation BAC above zero. Buck will appear in a Woodstock Courtroom on May 19th, after he was released on a promise to appear.
