THAMES CENTRE - Someone from Ingersoll is facing charges in Thames Centre.
Middlesex OPP officers responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle at business on Hamilton Road shortly before 5:00 a.m. on Friday.
They pulled the vehicle over and charged the 23-year-old driver with operation while impaired and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80. He has a court date in London next month.
If you spot a drive that you believe could be impaired, the OPP say you should call police immediately.
