An Ingersoll man has been arrested for allegedly holding a camera under a woman's skirt in London.
INGERSOLL - London Police have charged a 36 year old man from Ingersoll with voyeurism.
The man is accused of holding a cell phone under a woman's skirt at Masonville mall on Wednesday. Police were tipped off about the incident when they were sent a video of the alleged act taken by someone else at the mall. London Police say they brought in the Internet child exploitation unit and digital forensic unit to identify the man.
