Oxford residents have until September 8th to fill out the online survey.

OXFORD - Oxford County is looking for feedback on a road safety strategy.

The survey is open to residents and businesses to reduce collisions, injuries and fatalities.

Short-term recommendations under the safety strategy could include better lighting at rural intersections, speed feedback signs, rumble strips, and flashing beacons at stop control intersections. Long-term actions would focus on roadway design and expanded use of data-driven transportation planning.

Residents can also mark areas of concern for driving, walking or cycling on an interactive map, or fill out an online feedback form to submit a comment or question.

Those looking to participate can do so online through Speak Up Oxford by September 8th.
