Motorists can expect some lengthy delays at Norwich Ave. and Parkinson Road today. Hydro One will be stringing hydro lines for the new transmission towers, which cross at the intersection. Woodstock Police will be on scene to assist with the closures that are expected to occur throughout the day. Police say they are expected to last roughly 30 minutes at a time. There are no set times for the closures however they are expected to begin at 8:30 this morning and wrap up around 4 pm. Work was scheduled for Monday but with the rain and winds yesterday, Hydro One delayed the project until today.
