Youth between the ages of 15 and 18 will be able to check out the Vibe Social Space at the Tillsonburg library on Thursday nights until June 29th.
OXFORD COUNTY - An exciting new youth and teen program is coming to Tillsonburg hosted by Communities Building Youth Futures Oxford.
In partnership with the Oxford Library Tillsonburg Branch, Vibe Social Space will give youth in the county a safe place to be themselves and relax with new and old friends.
Project Lead Jodie Konior says the programming consists of some structured activities planned, but participants aren’t required to join in. There will be plenty of board games and video games for youth to choose from during the afternoon, and they also have snacks for the teens to enjoy.
She adds the program is free to join and is open to youth between the ages of 15 and 18.
Vibe Social Space is set to take place weekly on Thursdays at the Oxford Library Tillsonburg Branch. This week, they will be playing trivia, and the event kick-off for the program is today at 3:30 p.m.
