The Judge presiding over the Tori Stafford murder trial is giving the jury its instructions today, and it's only a matter of minutes now before the fate of Michael Rafferty is in their hands. Before taking a break at 3:30 this afternoon, Justice Thomas Heeney stated he will finish his charge to the jury today, and deliberations will begin around 5 o'clock. We will have the verdict on Rafferty's three charges, and full reaction as it comes in from the London Court House. That could come down as soon as tonight, as jurors have until 9PM to discuss. If they don't reach a decision tonight, they will reconvene Friday morning, and even on Saturday, if necessary. Heart FM will be breaking into programming and providing all the details when they are available. Also keep posted to our website for full details.
