The jury is in place for the trial of 47-year-old Bonita Purtill. 8 men and 4 women will make up the panel that will decide if Purtill is guilty of charges in the alleged drunk driving death of 4-month-old Alexander Fleming. Baby Alex was in a vehicle with his family when they were struck by a truck being driven by Purtill, on Thanksgiving weekend of 2008. The crash happened at the intersection of Huron and Devonshire in Woodstock. Police say Purtill was drunk at the wheel. The trail starts Tuesday morning at 10AM at the Oxford County Courthouse.
