A full 12-hour day has passed...and still no verdict has been reached in the Michael Rafferty murder trial. But, the jury is working passed their soft 9PM deadline to continue deliberations. On 3 occasions today, the jury caused the court to reconvene. The first time was to review one of the confession videos of Terri Lynne McClintic. The other two times were to ask for points of clarification on what constitutes "sexual assault" and "sexual assault causing bodily harm". They are deciding Rafferty's fate on three charges in the abduction and murder to 8-year-old Tori Stafford. The charges are 1st degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm, and kidnapping.
