Two men are facing a number of drug and weapon charges after being pulled over in Norfolk County
NORFOLK COUNTY- Two males have been charged after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Queensway East, Simcoe address.
Police say the vehicle the males were in, attracted the attention of a member of the Norfolk OPP around 8:50 p.m. on April 21st.
After investigating, police have charged 33-year-old Daniel Brent Tenant of Brantford with the following offences:
- Two (2) counts of driving under suspension
- Speeding
- Drive motor vehicle- no currently validated permit
- Three (3) counts of knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon
- Possession of imitation weapon for dangerous purpose
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Fentanyl
- Possession of Hydromorphone
The second male charged is 27-year-old David Hamilton of Brantford, he is facing:
- Three (3) counts of knowledge of unauthorized possession of weapon
- Possession of imitation weapon for dangerous purpose
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Fentanyl
- Possession of Hydromorphone
Both are scheduled to appear in Simcoe court at a later date.
