A new biomass project is seeking provincial approval. The Bartlett Farm on Oxford Road 29 is already heating its home and outbuildings with an outdoor furnace. Now they're looking to sell the excess electricity back to the power grid. The application came before County Council this week, and Blandford-Blenheim Mayor Marion Wearn says there are no concerns. The application for the 250-kilowatt system now goes to the Ministry of Environment.
