Norfolk OPP had to respond to a dispute in Delhi this past Monday. As a result, a Norfolk man is facing a charge of uttering threats to damage or injure an animal.
DELHI - A dispute between neighbours in Delhi leads to a charge.
On Monday, just after 8:20 a.m. Norfolk OPP investigated an altercation on Gibralter Street.
The dispute was verbal, and at one point threats were said.
As a result, a 47-year-old Norfolk man has been charged with uttering threats to damage or injure an animal.
He has been detained for the purpose of a bail hearing.
