A 32-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a single vehicle crash in Perth County. Jonathon Lucas of West Perth was driving a Chevy Avalanche on Perth Road 121 at around 6 this morning, when the vehicle crossed the opposite lane, went through a ditch and struck a tree on the drivers side door. Lucas was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash scene is expected to re-open to traffic, south of Millbank this afternoon.
