Terri-Lynne McClintic will be back in court today. The 22 year-old who was is serving a life sentence for the first degree murder of 8 year-old Tori Stafford is now facing assault charges. McClintic was charged with assault causing bodily harm for allegedly beating up another inmate at the Grand Valley Institution for Women. The trial, which is being held in Kitchener is expected to take one day. If McClintic is found guilty on the assault charges, her life sentence will remain unchanged.
