The Midwestern Jr C hockey playoffs continued Friday night with the Norwich Merchants dropping game two.
The Norwich Merchants are now down 2-0 in round two playoff series against the Paris Mounties after a 3-2 loss in overtime at home on Friday night.
Game three is set for Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in Paris.
Meanwhile, the New Hamburg Firebirds now lead the Ayr Centenials 2-0 in their series following a 4-3 overtime win at home.
The series moves back to Ayr for game three. The puck-drop scheduled for Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
