WOODSTOCK - Police are on the lookout for a missing 78-year-old woman in the Friendly City.
According to the Woodstock Police Service, Ruth Bell-Davis has not been in touch with her friends and family for an unusual amount of time. Her loved ones are concerned for her safety.
