A new poll shows retirement planning is no longer among the top three priorities for Canadians. It was selected by just seven per cent of respondents to a C-I-B-C Harris-Decima survey, down from 11 per cent last year and 13 per cent in 2011. The poll indicates debt reduction was the top answer, named by 17 per cent of respondents as their top priority in 2013. Building savings was second on the list, chosen by 10 per cent overall, and unchanged from last year.
