Major construction is coming to the 401 at Norwich Ave. in the next couple of years. The start of that process begins today as the Ministry of Transportation holds a public meeting at Goff Hall in Woodstock. The overpass bridge at Norwich Ave. needs to be replaced. The MTO plans on building a new bridge before taking out the existing one. Anyone with questions or concerns about the project are encouraged to visit Goff Hall today between 4-7PM.
