Dr. Jehan Zaib will be opening her family practice on Main Street in September and she is currently accepting applications for new patients.
WOODSTOCK - A new family doctor is coming to the Friendly City in September.
Dr. Jehan Zaib will open her family practice in September of this year. Dr. Zaib completed her Family Medicine training at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM) in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
She graduated in 2012 and has been caring for hospital in-patients at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Dr. Zaib has also worked with addiction services, both in the hospital and the community and ran a busy walk-in clinic.
She is an Assistant Professor at NOSM and Lakehead University and enjoys teaching medical students and residents. Dr. Zaib is married with four children, she is passionate and brings a strong work ethic to the Friendly City. She is looking forward to serving the Woodstock community.
Her practice is located at 300 Main Street in Woodstock and is currently accepting patient applications at the Remedy Corner Pharmacy.
Physician Recruiter for the City of Woodstock, Kristy Hons, has done a great job in working with Dr. Zaib and the existing local doctors groups to assist her in making her decision to hang up her shingle in Woodstock.
