The Oxford Road 19 bridge will be closed on Wednesday.
OTTERVILLE - Traffic will be affected on the Oxford Road 19 bridge in Otterville.
On Wednesday, crews will be working on stage 2 girder removal between Church Street and Bullock Street. This is the third of four one-day closures to facilitate Stage 1 and 2 girder removal and installation in support of the bridge rehabilitation project.
All traffic is required to follow the detour route using Dover Street, Cornell Road and Middletown Line. No traffic will able to use that stretch of road as the bridge will not be able to be crossed. Full reconstruction of the bridge started in May and is expected to finish in December of this year. Schedules are fully weather dependent and could change based on conditions, availability and other factors.
