Should we get rid of the biannual time change for Daylight Saving Time?
ONTARIO - Lots of people are waking up a little more tired than usual this morning.
Daylight Saving Time officially ended early Sunday morning. The clocks went back one hour early Sunday morning, so we have lost that extra hour of sleep in exchange for more daylight hours.
Ontario passed a bill to make Daylight Saving Time the permanent time in the province, eliminating the switch back to Standard Time in the fall. However, this will only happen if Quebec and New York agree to do the same.
