Norfolk County OPP have charged a Norfolk County man with impaired driving in Middleton. He is scheduled to appear in a courtroom in Simcoe at a later date.
NORFOLK COUNTY - A Norfolk County man has been charged with impaired driving.
Officers were patrolling the area on Thursday night just after 10 o'clock on Norfolk County Road 19 in Middleton, after receiving a report of a traffic complaint.
Police charged 18-year-old Franz Thiessen with impaired driving, along with a blood alcohol concentration of over 80 and novice driver-blood alcohol concentration above zero.
He is scheduled to appear in a Simcoe courtroom at a later date.
