An Oxford County man will have to answer to impaired driving charges after being stopped in Norfolk County.
WINDHAM - An Oxford County man is facing charges in Norfolk County.
On Monday, officers responded to a report of a suspected impaired person driving an e-bike on Brantford Road in Windham. The 45-year-old has been charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
He will appear in a Simcoe Courtroom on June 3rd.
